A Finance and Treasury Manager is sought for national and international markets (focus on Europe) for a leading company in technological solutions in the field of Electric Mobility, based in Palencia and Madrid. He will report directly to the CFO (Chief Financial Officer).

- Work out financing or refinancing solutions that suit the business’s capabilities and balance sheet structure
- Review financing requirements and prepare monthly reports of all treasury activities to senior management
- Analyzing and implementing appropriate hedging and financing activities
- Cash and liquidity management by planning and forecasting cash flows

- Strong academic background, at least grade level education.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (Treasury & Finance Department).
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability and confidence to communicate with different cultures and different types of organizations.
- Ability to be agile and flexible while managing a diverse workload with multiple priorities and delivering high quality and timely work.
- With good communication skills both internally and externally.
- Knowledge of common office equipment.
- Higher English level.
