As Labor Relations Manager, you will be a key member of the people, labor relations, compliance and operations team, ensuring that all processes, policies and manufacturers comply with labor law and any future updates from our headquarters in Barcelona Are. We are looking for intelligent, ambitious people who are passionate about revolutionizing this sector and who have proven experience and negotiation skills. - Monitor collective bargaining agreements and additional rules and regulations necessary to keep the company running.
- Evaluate and create legal risk reports when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with People Partners and directly with managers and employees as needed on a daily basis to create a positive work environment, resolve employee complaints, and verify compliance with protocols and policies.
- Analyze current labor relations and human resource policies to determine the overall state of employee relations and make innovative changes for the better.
- Develop and implement any projects derived from labor regulations, such as equality planning, inclusion, wage registration, etc.
- Develop and present informative reports to improve understanding of labor relations and promote better contracting and management solutions.
- Participate in staff committee meetings, evaluate and prepare proposals to resolve collective bargaining.
- Assist in exit procedures, adequate modification of working conditions, disciplinary measures etc. With the assistance of our employment legal partners.
- Control and follow up on labor relations documentation.
your profile:
- BSc/BA in Labor Relations or Law
- 4+ proven experience in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of labor relations regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Languages: Fluent Spanish and English
- Team player and positive attitude.
- Detail oriented and high level of organization.
