Department/Area Details:

BYD Europe’s After Sales Department is responsible for all service and maintenance issues related to our fully electric buses and passenger cars. This includes, inter alia, the creation of a service network throughout Europe, the provision of technical support to our customers and service providers, the delivery of spare parts, training and support for sales activities. The main objective of the Postal Sales Department is to contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty.

1. Be the first point of contact for technical issues and support AS Network in Spain.

2. Define and coordinate with the Technical and Guarantee Manager at Headquarters the procedures and systems to guarantee case management and reporting.

3. Cooperate with engineering department to implement technical training, technical document and product improvement.

4. Maintain technical information platform for parts and support warranty department in technical investigation.

5. Analyze diagnostic and breakdown data for reporting to senior management.

6. Search permanently for process improvement.

your profile:

1. Degree in Engineering or equivalent.

2. Tested and proven experience and technical knowledge in electric vehicles is essential.

3. Extensive knowledge of diagnostic tools and reports.

4. Extensive experience in similar work, ideally in an agile start-up environment (hands-on attitude).

5. Ability to work with highly organized, parallel workflow and handle pressure.

6. Automotive background in technical roles (ideally for an OEM).

7. Excellent communication skills, ability to work with a variety of departments and characters.

8. Driven by results.

9. Confident in working with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint).

10. Chinese language is essential.
