- Analyze sales of key Wallbox partners
- Map our partners’ key customers to gain a comprehensive understanding of how they operate, their needs and concerns.
- Identify additional sales opportunities among existing customers through sales data analysis and market research.
- Propose marketing campaigns and actions to ensure the sale of our partners’ stock
Recommend products or services that may be of interest to customers to improve customer experience and sales - Monitor the success of upsells and propose corrective actions if necessary
- Collect customer feedback and share it with the company to improve the quality of the products and services offered.
- Use Company tools and systems to ensure customer information is up-to-date and accurate.
your profile:
- 2 years experience in sales teams
- Proven track record of exceeding high volume sales targets in a target driven environment
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
- excellent academic qualifications; Required Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Written and oral fluency in English.
- Eligibility to work in the EU
- Knowledge of Salesforce will be a plus
- Must have driver’s license
